4/30/2023 0 Comments Horizon desktopsI'm going to open a support ticket later this morning but was hoping someone here might have a suggestion. This also did not help resolve the issue. I restarted the vCenter server (the composer service also runs on the vCenter server). I even changed this setting to Take no power action then clicked OK, then went back in and set it back to Ensure machines are always powered on. I verified the Remote Machine Power Policy is set to Ensure machines are always powered on. I also have a PowerCLI script that runs each night that refreshes the pools, come in the following morning to a large number of machines in an Agent unreachable status and in vCenter they are powered off. I then watched the vCenter tasks as users logged out for the day and many machines would automatically refresh when the user logged out but didn't power back on. Last Thursday afternoon I noticed a large number of desktops in an Agent unreachable status. There have been no changes to our environment in 11 days. We have been running Horizon View 7.4.0 with Horizon Agent 7.3.2 for many months with no issue.
